I moved this from "Cauliflower mushroom" since it is preferential to use scientific names as article titles rather than common names (except when dealing with species complexes that lack an established scientific name). I moved it to "Sparassis" rather than "Sparassis crispa" because the entire genus is very similar, because the most widely collected species can easily be discussed in a small section of the larger articles, and because recent scientific findings about the genus as a whole have a direct bearing upon discussion of these species. The article needs expansion and probably rewriting, but I have not done this yet. The species list in the taxobox is a complete list of currently recognized species (synonyms have been excluded), with the exception of Sparassis kazachstanica Shvartsman, which is only known from the type collection and may not even be a good species.
