Number of episodes inconsistency

The infobox states that the show ran for 24 episodes, but the episodes listed on the season list actually sum up to 36 (13 in season 1 and 23 in season 2) + the pilot, making a total of 37. What's more, throughout the article it's stated that she show ran for three seasons, yet the season list only shows two. Did the season list just put seasons 2 and 3 together?
