The Church of Skulls is in Czermna, not in Kudowa Zdroj. You get the bus from Kudowa Zdroj.
When you get to Czermna, which is interestingly enough a village sliced in half by the Polish/Czech border, a bloke in a Land Rover will try to tap you for pyinch zwotik.
It is very much worth the visit nonetheless. You will meet an Australian there.
And if you're lucky... get to see the skully church!!!!
