Combined article: good or bad?

I went ahead and crafted a section describing the revised release of the game, Mountain Madness: Super Pro Skiing, instead of creating a separate article for it because, aside from the number of courses and the additional surface features, it's still basically the same game. I think this could create a problem with the categories, since Mountain Madness was released in 1988, and having the "1988 video games" category will list Skiing as being in 1988, which isn't the case. I think this is the best course of action, even though Mountain Madness' presence on Game Room will be the most recent reason that may attract people to the article. I'd welcome input from other editors on this; in the meantime, I'll set up a redirect for Mountain Madness that leads to its section of this article. --McDoobAU93 (talk) 04:34, 6 August 2010 (UTC)
