I
editI could not find grounds to include this article, but it empathically describes the history of SDS: http://www.annals.org/cgi/content/full/125/1/74 JFW | T@lk 20:22, 4 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Merge?
edit- The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section.
Per the article cited below and numerous other more frequent pronouncements, this article should really be merged with Multiple System Atrophy and deleted. Would anyone object? --Sjsilverman 00:31, 19 December 2005 (UTC)
- Not deleted, but redirected. I think that would be realistic if all other "subforms" were to be covered similarly. I do think that Shy-Drager syndrome as a term has a historical interest, and may be retained similarly to Bright's disease. JFW | T@lk 00:34, 19 December 2005 (UTC)
- How about keeping the first paragraph (or some alternate version thereof) and references, moving the rest of article to MSA (to the extent information isn't already there? --Sjsilverman 02:15, 21 December 2005 (UTC)
- Three years later, seems like its time to do something. Redirection might be more appropriate, but there seems to be a sentimental attachment to this term, so I've kept the article alive. --Sjsilverman (talk) 19:36, 20 January 2009 (UTC)
Shy-Drager syndrome → Multiple System Atrophy#Shy-Drager syndrome — Believe section on Shy-Drager should exist on Multiple System Atrophy Page --Robert Treat (talk) 00:38, 13 August 2009 (UTC).
- This is a merge request, not a move request. There is a section to discuss the possibility of a merge at Talk:Multiple system atrophy. — AjaxSmack 06:11, 13 August 2009 (UTC)
The contents of the Shy-Drager syndrome page were merged into Multiple system atrophy and it now redirects there. For the contribution history and old versions of the merged article please see its history. |
- I've transferred this article's contents to the MSA page, however I've kept links to the foreign language versions on the Shy-Drager page--Robert Treat (talk) 22:07, 13 August 2009 (UTC).
Paula Randall
editSomeone keeps on inserting this person's name in the list of famous pts. Who is she, and why is she notable enough to be included (it is a red link). JFW | T@lk 08:58, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
