Original research?
editI don't believe the "Performance style" can be verified anywhere. This section may need to be removed or rewritten. Absolon S. Kent (talk) 19:20, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
Active From?
editSister Shirley was active in the ministry/performing from age 10. However, as a recording artst, she first began recording in 1951 and recorded a few albums prior to joining the caravans in 1958. She was clearly actively recording from 1951. Citations were added to support the first recording and her pre-adult recordings.--Smoovedogg (talk) 22:25, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
Recent edits
editI've reverted the bulk of these changes made by Daycaesardavis. Firstly, they are entirely unreferenced - we need reliable sources. The article as a whole is poor in that regard. Secondly, they appear to be non-neutral and use peacock terms. Thirdly, they are incorrectly formatted. I'm sure much of the material is accurate and can be included if phrased and formatted correctly, but it is the responsibility of the editor adding the information to ensure that is done, rather than relying on other editors to make those corrections. Famous samples
editDutch DJ Bakermat has used samples of her in his club hit Teach Me (2014). Can anyone add this? (My English isn't any good) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.199.83.129 (talk) 14:27, 15 March 2016 (UTC)

Rogue Comma in Link Description
editIn the short preview to the article, there is an extra comma. I don't know how to change it, but somebody else might know how. 2600:6C40:54F0:6750:C9AD:BD99:40FC:7F3C (talk) 17:08, 1 September 2024 (UTC)
- Can you be more specific as to where you think the extra comma is found? Please provide a few words that precede the comma in question. Thanks. NOLA1982 (talk) 20:47, 1 September 2024 (UTC)
