why are you getting personal. Do you have a personal grudge against someone. the way you have mentioned the name of Vinod Goenka as tainted is really astonishing. Lets be civil and discuss things. Seriously you need to read the chargesheet to discover which are the companies involved its available on the NDTV website. there you will see that they are trying to link Swan with the ADAG group and not with DB Realty, so i really don't get your argument. Do you have a valid references, most of the media today writes one thing and the next day prints a correction. Yes and as you said the truth will be upheld so why sit on judgment and not wait for the legal recourse. 1. Give reference to the chargesheet you're refering to. 2. I'm not taking stand on the accused. I am merely stating the facts by giving references, references to the accusations that have been made against the accused. 3. Please don't bring in what any individual has to say (e.g.Vinod Goenka) 4. The fact that Dynamix Balwas Realty was related to Etisalat DB, Swan Telecom in the beginning is true. 5. And finally if you mention the charity work among other things for Balwa, the fact about his current legal battle etc. has to be mentioned. 6. DB realty is one among the companies that bagged 2G licenses in 2008. DB Reality floated Swan Telecom. >>TRUE ---- NO this is the only point i have been arguing about. In which charge sheet is it mentioned that DB Realty is the beneficiary. Please show a copy of the CBI chargesheet and not your personal opinion. 4. My only question to you is there are 17 accused but you are only keen on adding info to this page and not the other. I dont see you taking this stand with the other accused. is there an agenda behind your attack. --- You still have answered this.

I expressed my opinion (about Goenka) in the Talk page, did not add it in the page.. And you've been deleting some of the info that you agree are true. For point 5. I have added a ref which says he's the brother, add your ref which says he's cousin! For point 2. Clearly says "allegedly" -as reported in media, kindly get the difference between conviction and allegation. Moreover it's not my allegation either. For point 3. Again I have a reference, You contend it's not on CBI charge sheet. Please provide a credible source for your info!!

AND you've agreed on some points saying "never argued on that" but you were deleting it before. Thanks. I have no agenda.
