Table of medals

edit

I decided to move the following table here, from the article's main body, as most of this information is already incorporated into text, but I don't want just to delete this table, which was created by some other editor. Unfortunately, the author didn't provide any references.--Daniel (talk) 14:13, 30 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Copying it back into the article - it is present in the original russian article and is unreferenced there too - someone will eventually provide sources. --ItemirusMessage me! 17:58, 30 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Well, the reason there is a separate section with Ovchinnikov's best results as a coach in the Russian Wikipedia article about him is that there is no "Voleyball coach" infobox in the Russian Wikipedia, only "Sportsman" infobox, and there is no way to provide these results in this type of infobox. In the English Wikipedia, however, there is a "Voleyball coach" infobox with a special place for such information and all the information from the above-mentioned table of medals is already included there. So I really see no reason to keep this separate section which duplicates the information already provided in the infobox. I hope, after seeing my reasoning, you'll agree with me and delete this section from the article yourself. Thank you. --Daniel (talk) 00:21, 7 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Agreed and removed - the only difference is that the infobox does not immediately show with which team he achieved the result, although one can infer it form the above standing table.--Itemirus (talk) 06:40, 7 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
