I was using the GIS dataset that is on the same site as that map and it lists both names, I went with Seisal as more common based on its listing at http://earth-info.nga.mil/gns/html/index.html which gives Seisal as official and Seiçal as a variant. I'd trust that more than media usage, but it is not authoritative - if Seiçal really is the more common English usage go ahead and switch it back. Kmusser (talk) 12:41, 30 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
