re-organizing page
editI saw the toolong tag on this page, which indicated that it was too long and should be split. The article is actually not that long, but i am assuming (in good faith) that someone thought it was a bit dense and unreadable. While the wording remains the same, I organized into sections, and re-arranged them to make more sense. Hopefully the article is a bit more readable. With indugence i have removed the toolong tag. I considered removing the nofootnotes tag as well, as almost all of the footnotes are inline with the text, but need to read more of the history of the article first. (although any time a tag is added to an article, there should be a corresponding note on the talk page, right?). I invite anyone else to deal with adding references and citations as needed to continue cleanup on this page. Nothingofwater (talk) 18:54, 9 July 2009 (UTC)
