Lack of Sources=

Basically this article is entirely made up, hence the lack of sources. There is almost nothing known of this gladiatorial type, the weapon would scarcely have had the same name as he who used it (scissor), and the description of it seems to be based on a miniature figure that someone imaginative has created.

Deadliest warrior simulation

Secutor?

The Retiarius article notes a type of Secutor depicted in the Eastern Roman Empire as using a similar weapon to that the Scissor is theorized to have used; referenced are page 63 of 'Junkelmann, Marcus (2000).
