Not Making the Article

I decided to redirect this to the section in the Cross's article because it is not primarily a SCOTUS case. This was an announcement of a stay, not a decision of the court. Therefore, my stub strategy will not work for it. However, the legal history of the cross probably could fill its own article. It's certainly important enough to make it into Con Law classes by default at this point. lethargilistic (talk) 17:20, 30 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
