• Oppose. Whether or not a building was a mission depends on whether it served a missionary function. Arbitrary labels, are just that, arbitrary. San Antonio de Pala served as a base for missionary work, therefore it was a mission. Just my opinion, but I think it is logical. BruceHallman 15:45, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

Multiple refs/footnotes

I've fixed a named ref entry to eliminate a multiple citation error, which was caused by misuse of refname. However, the article has several instances of the same editing mistake, which should be tidied up. The correct usage is described at WP:REFNAME. jxm (talk) 17:07, 12 December 2016 (UTC)
