S.C. Jamir → Sanayangba Chubatoshi Jamir —
- S.C. Jamir → Sanayangba Chubatoshi Jamir — This article should have the full name of the person & not abbreviation as per WP:NCP. — Shahab (talk) 06:46, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
- Contested. All sources in the article use the current title, suggesting that it's the most common name of this person. Jafeluv (talk) 11:24, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
- Oppose. WP:NCP says use "the name that is most generally recognisable" which is the current title, S.C. Jamir. Particularly relevant in this case since "Sanayangba Chubatoshi" may be a only patronymic (see Indian name). Cf. other Indian governor's names. — AjaxSmack 20:19, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
