I propose to move this page to Rijk Tulbagh, as that is the correct Dutch spelling of his name. Compare the Dutch-language article. The spelling Ryk reflects Afrikaans usage. As far as I can see, this would be a non-controversial move, but I'll leave this here for a few days in case there are arguments I haven't thought of. --Ekaterina Colclough (talk) 10:12, 5 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
That's not how you move an article. That is cutting and pasting the contents of one article into a different one, which loses attribution (ie. makes it look like you wrote the whole thing in one go). I put it back. You have now mangled the history of the redirect, so you won't be able to move it yourself and will have to go to WP:RM. Lithopsian (talk) 17:01, 13 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
