Reason for Accepting this Draft
editHi all editors, to avoid any further disputes at Afd, and this will be my stand to Keep.
- No quick fail criteria as per reviewed version, copyvio ran earwig 1% confidence at that time of review - I don't have a copy right now.
- Many independent, reliable sources with significant coverage. Malta Times is the primary newspaper in Malta, nothing differing from WSJ or CNN. I also cross referenced to WP:NSPORT with "Players who have played in, and managers who have managed in any Tier 1 International Match, as defined by FIFA,[6] in a competitive senior international match at confederation level regardless of whether or not the teams are members of FIFA, or the Olympic Games. The notability of these is accepted as they would have received significant coverage as outlined above in the general notability criteria. Players who have played, and managers who have managed in a competitive game between two teams from fully-professional leagues, will generally be regarded as notable. See a list of fully professional leagues kept by WikiProject Football." - Meet 1st criterion as played in the Africa Cup Qualifier which should be an "A" international match - referenced by the match report and Maltese_Premier_League is first tier league
- Sufficient content to be at least a stub, many news sources can be used to expand
- No duplicate pages , no banned submitter
Therefore, prima facie case of an article is established. If there are any Afd, I will use these there also. This is without prejudice if any BLP policies have been violated (none now) or any changes to article from the version I reviewed. Thanks --Quek157 (talk) 10:36, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
Notice: You Are Now Subject to Editing Restrictions
editPer mentioned in User talkpage, FYI for all editors especially the author Das osmnezz as the period of this is still not ended
Per my earlier notice regarding discretionary sanctions and my final warning, both posted above, and due to your continued demonstration of problematic editing on BLPs, I am placing you under the following editing restrictions with immediate effect...
- You may not directly create any article about a living or recently deceased person as defined by BLP in the mainspace of the project. Any proposed new pages must be submitted as a WP:DRAFT to WP:AFC for review and approval.
- You may not make any edit to any article about a living or recently deceased soccer/football player without first having the edit proposed on the talk page of the article and then reviewed and approved by at least one editor with extended confirmed rights. When making an edit to a BLP article subject to this restriction you will name the editor who reviewed and approved your edit in the edit summary.
These editing restrictions shall remain in place for a period of one year from this date, after which your editing history will be reviewed to determine if the restrictions should be extended, modified or lifted. If any aspect of the above editing restrictions is unclear, let me know and I will clarify them. You are free to remove this notice from your talk page along with any other notices or warnings with the exception of your most recent unblock request. However, be aware that the restrictions remain in place until such time as you are informed by someone with arbitration enforcement competency that they have been modified or removed. This measure is being taken with great reluctance. However based on your editing history, which has included multiple blocks based on WP:CIR concerns, it appears to be the only step short of an indefinite block that will curb your poor editing habits. Finally these restrictions are being logged at WP:AEL and any breach may result in your being blocked, very likely indefinitely. -Ad Orientem (talk) 01:13, 20 November 2017 (UTC)
