Copying of episcopal lists
editThe episcopal list was cut-and pasted from two different sources (Gabriel Chow and David M. Cheney), with two different date styles. Both are from copyrighted web pages, and the material copied is extensive enough to violate the fair quotation clause. Adding citations to other web pages by the same two sources does not negate the copyright violation.
The date style must be changed to a Wikipedia approved style.
