Notability and sourcing issues

Hi Z.Leliwa, let's please keep this in public Wikipedia space rather than email - it is more useful if others are able to assess and chime in as needed. The problems with the article, as I see them, are as follows:

• a) Notability. This refers to Wikipedia's definition of subject notability, which assesses how well a topic is known and has been covered in unrelated sources. There are certain thresholds that need to be reached before the encyclopedia can have an article about any one topic. For academics, we have special guidelines - please see here. The material you have added so far does not demonstrate that Antoszewski meets these, and if this is not demonstrated, then the article may be nominated for deletion.
• b) Sourcing. All material used in an article must be verifiable, i.e. the reader must in theory be able to check up on it and verify that it is indeed true. That requires the provision of reliable sources. It is of no use to say that "the subject has told me so personally" because that is not verifiable; we need a reference to a reliable source - a published book, article, official web page, or similar. (Note that there are gradations here, in that uncontroversial points (affiliations etc) may be sourced to primary sources, e.g. departmental websites, whereas points likely to be contested or that may be biased should be sourced to secondary sources, e.g. articles about the person.) Currently the article is very weakly sourced, with many statements remaining completely unsourced; this is another factor that may lead to it being deleted.
