Karl Zsigmondy and Richard Adolf Zsigmondy are both comming from Vienna and in one of both biographies it is stated that their father was Adolf Zsigmondy, but only two brothers of Richard Adolf Zsigmondy are mentioned, one a physition the other a alpinist bothe not identical with Karl. Father was Adolf Zsigmondy, born in Pozsony, Hungary, mother was Irma von Szakmáry, Mártonvásár, Hungary. They had six children of whom (at least) four were boys. (83.177.140.14 (talk) 14:19, 6 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
