Republic of Venezuela → History of Venezuela (1958–1999) – WP:CONSISTENT: History of Venezuela (1830–1908) and History of Venezuela (1999–present). This is the only historical period (after independence) without this format. It is also less ambiguous and avoids confusion with the country's main article, Venezuela NoonIcarus (talk) 12:00, 20 March 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose The current article structure is inappropriate for a History article (and different to the other linked examples); it is structured as a historical state article similar to American Confederation of Venezuela (albeit quite a short one). Ideally, there should be a History of Venezuela (1958–1999) which serves as a main article under both this article and under History of Venezuela. In the meantime, a good interim solution would be changing the section called "Democratic period" (which doesn't make sense in the structure at all) to simply "History", and redirecting History of Venezuela (1958–1999) to point to that section specifically.
