Is this subject really appropriate for an article? A region that was the focus for a 12-day rebellion over 210 years ago and never before and never again does not fall into the category of Former Countries: it was proclaimed but never had any institutions and survived about the length of time it takes to paint a house. It would be more sensible to incorporate the whole article into Connaught.--Mevagiss (talk) 11:59, 10 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
