I removed the bullet point project list. It is unsourced, can be covered better in prose in the previous section, and would be more suitable for a template which I started here in case anyone wishes to edit it. Leaving the list below.

I am about to restore this content with a correlating source. While this isn't third-party, all the below linked pages explicitly state that Related manages or develops these properties. If this continues to bother you, I recommend pulling sources from the respective property pages. Bullet lists appear to be standard for several other pages, such as Beacon Capital Partners, Tishman, and Wilmorite Properties.--Kentuckyfriedtucker (talk) 18:23, 4 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

I self reverted and leaving for now, but per WP:INDISCRIMINATE, these should not be there. These are not properties they own. They are properties they worked on. There is already a template which I created at the bottom of the page to navigate to these. Unless you plan on putting them in context in the body (non-prose), it is simply a promotional looking list and something that the company wants to see, not encyclopedia readers. --CNMall41 (talk) 00:04, 5 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
