Lede and infobox

• Suggest expanding out the Islington link to include "New Zealand" because I automatically assumed this meant Islington

• The source doesn't say but I suspect it was because he saw greater prospect of action flying with the RAF than with the FAA. • My understanding from other reviews is that Luftwaffe is considered a common enough term in English that italics shouldn't to be used. However, Regia Aeronautica probably isn't. I stress that the latter point is my personal view, this issue hasn't come up in a review before.

• "Hyde, now a flight sergeant" surely Hyde would have become a flight sergeant well before this? I was under the impression that any sergeant pilot would be a flight sergeant. Am I wrong?
