Editing and Expanding

Hello! My name is Mackenzie - I'm a current Poverty, Justice, and Human Capabilities student at Rice University hoping to expand upon this article and add to it. I hope to add to the material already presented, re-organize, incorporate recent statistics and crises data, and add graphics! Hello! I'm going to begin editing and expanding this article in the next week with more comprehensive information on the experiences of women and children refugees outside of refugee camps, as well as within. I will be using scholarly research articles and international organization reports as the basis for a majority of my changes. Any advice is still appreciated! Mlk10, I would suggest you focus on refugee women as there is an article on refugee children already. Maybe you can rename the article to refugee women and move some or all the bits on children to refugee children - an then focus on women in this article. Obviously depending on what you and other people think. Also, just to add, I think it could be broader and away from the focus on refugee camps. Refugee is a legal status which doesn't say anything about where you are and you can be refugee in London, Dadaab, Nairobi, Australia, Kampala, Bidi Bidi, anywhere. Many articles either focus on refugee camps or resettled refugees - would be great to have differentiated picture. Thanks Michtrich (talk) 00:22, 8 February 2018 (UTC)

This is a great article! I would suggest citing every sentence and including more context to the studies in order to make the article appear more neutral. Plans to Edit This Topic

Since there is only one sentence underneath this stub, I plan on searching for academic and research documents that share more insight on the access to justice that regugee women have. The sentence mentions sexual violence as well as the justice accociated with that, but I believe that not enough insight is given on the topic. Goose0919 (talk) 03:16, 15 September 2023 (UTC)
