editI have lumped together a number of slightly disparate concepts under "recharacterisation". Technically it would be possible to split this article out into three - title transfer risk, accountancy and tax. But the three overlap, and to be honest, they are so dull that I cannot imagine anyone has the time or inclination to dupe out 3 separate articles on them, so for the moment I have just left them in a single place.
