Recently there was a proposal described in the Philadelphia Inquirer to make the surface of the Reading Viaduct into an elevated urban park, something like an existing park in Manhattan. --DThomsen8 (talk) 15:19, 13 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

I believe the only part of the Park that is actually open is the section west of Callowhill Junction, which is part of the old City Branch and doesn't have anything to do with the Reading Viaduct, which carried the Ninth Street Branch.
