A few observations
editThe directions won't be much use to anyone trying to locate the site of this camp. "South of Aberdeen" - it's 12 miles (19 km) away. The grid reference NO 084090 is the summit of a boggy hill NW of Kinross, some 68 miles or 110 km away to the southeast. The proximity of two tower-houses is interesting, but irrelevant. The references should be moved to "see also"", nad a more relevant location inserted. - done
Drainage basins in the area are also irrelevant. The camp crowns the hilltop and slopes. I find the insertion of italicised portions irritating and unnecessary. A Wiki article is meant to be read, not squinted at. - done
I've inserted inline links for those forts and camps which have Wiki articles. One of the references was to a short article on a website, and appears to be original research - no references. This doesn't meet Wiki requirements, especially at the author classifies Raedykes as a hillfort. I've removed it. The sentence about signalling to the fleet is speculation, also removed.
"In the summer of 84 Agricola won the massed armies of the Caledonians" - no comment. Rambler24 (talk) 04:47, 11 October 2009 (UTC)
