English spelling differences
editSince the topic being discussed is a gate in the UK, does it not make more sense to use the spellings associated with UK English rather than those associated with US English?
The Wikipedia Manual of Style section on National varieties of English suggests that where a topic primarily relates to one country then the spellings associated with that country are to be preferred.
Photos are terrible
editThe three photographs of the gate are really dreadful examples. They show pieces of the gate, backlit, and blurry.
