Show Errata

edit

Jim Wann is from down near Frog Level, NC. He set his musical there. The characters and the songs make no sense if situated in the Mid-West (I donno who wrote that so I left it as a strike out). See also http://www.nodanw.com/shows_p/pump_boys_and_dinettes.htm and http://www.tonytee.nl/theatre/pumpboys/pumpstory.shtml

A drive from Smyrna to Frog Level is about 200 miles, and would have used US 74 most of the way. NC 57, mentioned in the show, comes nowhere near that routing. knoodelhed (talk) 16:59, 7 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Old infobox

I'm moving the old infobox here because it had some information that was not in the article, but I didn't feel like incorporating it.... —  MusicMaker 00:18, 11 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

American performances?

edit

I remember going to a performance of this the summer after my freshman year in high school in the U.S. Was this the same group, or what other groups in the US have performed this musical? Kemet 21:27, 23 October 2008 (UTC)

The show's West End opening

edit

Can a West End musical open simultaneously at two London theatres - on the same date.....?!!81.157.131.14 (talk) 20:18, 19 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Clarified, it transferred from the Piccadilly Theatre to the Albery Theatre, see the article for details & reference. Thank you for pointing this out. 20:32, 19 May 2009 (UTC)

name of place it started at

edit

Its called the Cattleman Restaurant in the sources mentioning where this musical got started at. The word "the" is lower case, and the words "Cattleman" and "Restaurant" capitalized. See talk page for that article for further discussion. Dream Focus 23:58, 7 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
