editSuggest that the page be renamed to "Property development sector in Hong Kong", "Issues in the HK property development sector", or similar. Current title suggests it's a discussion about developers as individuals but the text leans more towards discussion of the industry as a whole ADEps (talk) 05:13, 10 October 2020 (UTC)
Neutrality?
editFound this article well-researched and thorough although the tone can be a bit condemnatory - the sources back it up but in my opinion it conflicts with neutrality. ADEps (talk) 05:13, 10 October 2020 (UTC)
