Proposed merge of Multi-member districts in the United States with Plural district
editThere's a new article which covers the concept at the state level. I'm not sure if the title for the newer article might be better for a joint article (I prefer this one for concision) but it seems like having the two as separate articles may result in unnecessary duplication.
