Pie suppers not limited to the ozarks
editPardon me for being so forward, but pie suppers were very common in North Dakota, where my family is from. This is how my grandparents met. At least 4 languages were commonly spoken in that part of the world back then. People belonged to different churches and were thinly spread across rural areas.
