When I saw Motörhead live this summer in W:O:A, he didn't only use his explorer guitar. He also used a big black(I think) and white one shaped like a fire. I don't know anything about it, but it would be nice if someone could find out. 217.211.102.6 20:25, 16 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

That's just Lemmy messing around; on live albums he can be heard referring to Brian Robertson as 'Brian Rabinowitz', as another example. 86.144.19.237 (talk) 07:57, 12 November 2009 (UTC)Al, UKReply

Photos

edit

I really think it's a bad idea to use two photos that are nearly identical from the same date. Photos are intended to show what the subject looks like, and differences in time, place, aging, or to illustrate topics and dates listed in the text. Just throwing two pictures together because you have them or because one is crappier than the other really detracts from the article instead of enhancing it. Because this is an encyclopedia, this is especially true. If people want to look at a whole catalouge of photos, they can do it in numerous places online. I suggest whoever placed both photos on the article to choose one, and if needed, look for a different one from another time and place.--Leahtwosaints (talk) 03:37, 22 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Phil's family

edit

In the "Joining Motorhead" section, we find this paragraph:

"Phil is Married with threee children, Todd, Dane and tyler. Six months ago he was driving a grey car. And lives in Church Village pontypridd. His son Dane plays in a band called Straight Lines, Tyler plays in a band named Tiger Please. Unfortunately my friend cannot tell me about Todd as she isn't really friends with him."

Someone must be joking! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Alexiskauffmann (talkcontribs) 21:55, 25 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons

edit

There's a desperate need for a page on Phil's new band. Only a fool would say they don't meet the notifiability criterion but I'm not well enough informed on them to produce a page that wouldn't disappear under attack from the speedy deletion zealots before others could get it up to scratch.
