Population is over 20k. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.9.138.41 (talk) 23:56, 21 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

-- I've updated it with the 2005 census estimate. JFreeman 00:22, 22 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

-- The SH-130 project will greatly affect Pflugerville, perhaps moreso than it will Round Rock or any other town in the region. I added an "Economy and Transportation" section to address this gap. Clearly there's room for more elaboration, but it's a start. 24 Oct 2006

Song

Should mention the song "Pflugerville" by the Austin Lounge Lizards... AnonMoos (talk) 11:25, 8 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Promotional Editing?

edit

I recently deleted some (effectively) free advertising fr/ this article. It's been reverted twice. Please examine the edits in question and join me in continuing to keep this free PR out of Wikipedia. Tapered (talk) 05:02, 9 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Are you referring to the economy section that explains how the city has grown from a mostly agricultural/rural economy with no tax base to an economy that's grown by adding additional retail, business, and attractions, citing examples of the additional growth? Can you cite specific wiki rules that show any portion of the information is advertising? Also, please tag the alleged paragraph and allow the specified time to pass to allow proper discussion instead of arbitrarily deleting text you judge to be against wiki rules 75.34.102.15 (talk) 14:42, 10 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

ETJ area

edit

I marked cite 7, for "It has 40.39 square miles in the extraterritorial jurisdiction" as a dead link as it is giving a 404. I also think it should be clarified whether or not that includes the 22.32 sq mi within the city limits. DimeCadmium (talk) 10:59, 26 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

I plan on making the following updates to the education section: - The Weiss High School link does not actually go to a wikipedia page. - According to the PfISD webpage, there is only 20 elementary schools, not 21.

I also plan on adding the following to the In popular culture section: - Transformers 4: Age of Extinction had scenes filmed in one of Pflugerville's 100-year-old houses in 2013
