Proposed merge with Jem Records

Suggest waiting until the Jem Records page is completed. Jem Records was the parent company discussed in a New York Times article. Its financial challenges were what ultimately led to the demise of Passport Records. The histories of the two companies, while related, involve significantly different aspects, as I hope to show.
