All the sources I've checked list 'Segunda de Ascenso' as the lowest category (4th level in this case) in Paraguayan football. I honestly don't know what happens to the bottommost clubs in that level, I'll see if I can find some more info but I think they just "stay" there. Bruno1803:45, 4 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
