alcacer is a barca player

- A transfer to Barca is very likely, but the page is protected for a reason: we don't add transfers until they're officially confirmed. Ips and inexperienced users often mess about jumping the gun adding transfers based on rumours rather than fact. We had numerous users adding that Andre Gomes had signed for Madrid based on idiotic sites which themselves jumped the gun and put him in Madrid colours ... very stupid since he signed for Barca. Same with Pogba, adding him as a R.Madrid player based on rumours which turned out to be false. Alcacer likely to join FCB tomorrow or Wednesday. We can add it then. No rush. Status at BVB until Jan 2019
editAs he initially joined on loan and his transfer clause was only activated in November, surely this should mean that Paco is still technically on loan at Dortmund until the January transfer window, as players cannot be transferred outside of the international transfer window?
