Aren't there sinking homes in this section of Philadelphia? Why isn't that mentioned?

Key points

This article misses many key points about Overbrook, and states several items that are simply incorrect. Overbrook Park isn't a park at all, but rather, a neighborhood that is part of Greater Overbrook. Jerry Blavat never lived in Overbrook - he's a South Philly guy. Major overhaul

I've just made some pretty significant edits to the article, adding a history section and a bunch of references. The article before was more or less a description of one city map from 2004, saying where the boundaries of the neighborhoods are. Hopefully this will be a better structure to start from, and I hope some fellow Philadelphians will give some more love to this article!
