editThere's a discrepancy between O'Connor, John J.; Robertson, Edmund F., "Oskar Perron", MacTutor History of Mathematics Archive, University of St Andrews and Oskar Perron at Heilberg University Library over the month of death, so I've commented it out for the time being. - All major sources by now agree on February 22nd. The above link cites to sources: Brockhaus and Heidelberger Gelehrtenkalender, issue of 1986. Both give February 22nd. The 1975 edition of Heidelberger Gelehrtencalender named November 22nd but corrected this with the 1986 edition. The "Neue Deutsche Biographie" also names February. That should settle the matter.
