In the fourth paragraph under the heading "Biography" it states (regarding Anna Maria Falcucci) "He bought her from her dissolute family and employed as his ward." This is confusing and I suspect a faulty translation. A ward is a person who is either a minor, or if an adult, is in some way incapable of being responsible for their own well-being, for which an adult is granted custodianship. Saying that someone is "employed as (a) ward" is nonsensical. Can anyone make sense of this? Thanks. Bricology (talk) 20:44, 18 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
