Hesse partylist vs Constituency
editHello @Nillurcheier:, Nouripour was elected on the Hesse party list prior to the 2021 election. Since he won the constituency of Frankfurt am Main II, he does not occupy a space on the party list for Hesse, and thus represents his direct mandate. "Today" is not an encyclopedic statement either, and your strange justification of him being "reelected" falls flat when you keep in mind he does not represent the entire state, and can additionally easily become outdated. While he was elected in a Hessian constituency, that does not mean he is a representative for the state of Hesse at-large, since he now is a representative of the direct mandate of Frankfurt am Main II. The constituency he represents as of 2021 onwards. Hence why I put "(2006-2021)" in the wikibox, as he no longer was elected on the Green party list for Hesse. - I do not intent an edit conflict. But you seem not to be fully familiar with the meanings and rules of the German election system. Member of parliaments are either elected via a direct mandate in a constituency or via the Länder-list. In both cases they are representatives of their party and their Land. There is no official representation of a constituency, it is just a slightly different way to gain a seat. You might write: elected via Heese list 2006-2021. elected via direct constituency seat 2021 onwards. But in Germany, there is no significant importance in this difference. Every list would note him as MOP 2006-present and of course also as "reelected in 2021". Best --Nillurcheier (talk) 11:48, 23 November 2021 (UTC)
