Was she ever actually a professional architect? Or did she just STUDY architecture? The source (it's worth pointing out that per its Wikipedia article, Heavy.com is "a news aggregation platform" that "specializes in "5 Fast Facts" posts, which aggregate facts about trending topics and people"; perhaps not the best quality of source- see https://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Perennial_sources#Heavy.com: "There is consensus that Heavy.com should not be relied upon for any serious or contentious statements, including dates of birth. When Heavy.com cites another source for their own article, it is preferable to read and cite the original source instead") gives "Olena Zelenska studied architecture at Kryvyi Rih National University. But she works as a writer with Kvartal 95 Studio, the production company that her husband owns"; the Wikipedia article presents this as "Zelenska studied architecture at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Kryvyi Rih National University, but ultimately did not end up doing much work as an architect. Instead, she wrote texts for Kvartal 95, and ultimately became a writer"- not quite the same thing. It's worth noting there seemingly aren't any other decent online sources about her architectural work, or lack thereof; also worth considering is that many undergraduates don't end up professionals in the subject they studied, even with very vocationally-oriented things like architecture. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.109.205.195 (talk) 00:15, 27 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
Ah- Google Chrome auto-translating the Ukrainian Wikipedia article provides "Architect by education; never worked in the specialty". Therefore "architect" is absolutely not properly included as her profession, certainly not in the lead. It's as though one studied medicine, and called oneself "a physician". Worth observing the Ukrainian article's lead makes no mention of architecture: "Ukrainian screenwriter and author of the Kvartal 95 Studio . Wife of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky , the first lady of Ukraine since May 20, 2019."
