This page, from the IHPA, indicates that this site is known as the Old Market House, what sources indicate that the Galena Welcome Center is the common name. I have never heard it referred to in that manner, granted I've only been to Galena a couple of times but I don't remember any signage indicating that it was known as the Galena Welcome Center.
