editI removed the following content, for Genworth Financial, as WSJ need subscription, i can't verify it. (No Chinese source in stock exchanges press release system can verify either) for IDP, as it was stated, it was related to parent company China Oceanwide Holdings Group, but not this company "Oceanwide Holdings" nor subsidiary "China Oceanwide Holdings"
In October of 2016, China Oceanwide agreed to buy Genworth Financial for $2.7 billion. On Jan. 19, 2017, the Wall Street Journal reported that China Oceanwide Holdings Group was, as part of a Chinese consortium, acquiring International Data Group, known for IDG Ventures. International Data Group publishes publications such as Computerworld magazine, and according to the Journal, was "one of the first global venture capital investors in China."
