Problem
edit- @Aditya Kabir: Whats problem with this category? ~Moheen (keep talking) 16:41, 31 October 2020 (UTC)
- One small problem. Nurul Alam Atique never won that award. Aditya(✉ • ⚒) 16:42, 31 October 2020 (UTC)
- Now there is a second problem - you have started an edit war in an article under DS. You may be in for big trouble. Do I report you now, or would you refrain from warring over a hoax? Aditya(✉ • ⚒) 16:44, 31 October 2020 (UTC)
- @Aditya Kabir: I have reviewed all the Awards list from Govern Database and make it correct. Thanks for your information! But, it's not the right way to approach. Seems you are just very much interested to make revert. Isn't it? Cause, you told Atique, never got this Cinematography award but you didn't remove the Cinematography template. Also, already knowing this right information you have no objection with the entire award list (where it was wrong) but the category. It takes a second to revert an edit but it takes more time to make an edit. Thanks. ~Moheen (keep talking) 18:31, 31 October 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks for reminding. That irrelevant template has been removed now. Also thanks for reminding that more of the hoaxes may be floating around. Maybe I will check all of them for their encyclopedic value and compliance with Wikipedia guidelines and policies (which, of course, includes removing all hoaxes). As for the right or wrong of the approach, you definitely can complain at WP:PUMP about how Wikipedia is wrong and you are right. Aditya(✉ • ⚒) 19:00, 31 October 2020 (UTC)
