Could anyone more talented than me tidy the images up? Thanks!
Suggestions -- (1) add more information about the subnuclear anatomy of the NAmb (e.g. ref D. Hopkins's fundamental work from the 1980s-1990s), including input-output connections and (2) add more information about the functional-anatomical relationships between NAmb subdivisions, their target sites in the periphery, and their physiologic and pathophysiologic functions (e.g. compact formation = large, tightly-clustered cholinergic neurons with elongated perisomatic dendritic bundles, massive input from NTScen --> esophagus, important for reflex control of swallowing / esophageal peristalsis; similar for loose formation, external formation...). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Joel.geerling (talk • contribs) 19:05, 12 June 2010 (UTC)
