Missing references

edit

Text includes digits (2,3,4,5) that look like reference ids from the original text, but the references aren't identified. What was the source of the text ? - Rod57 (talk) 20:49, 25 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Looking at page history : The numbers added in this edit by 59.90.246.35 (talk) at 09:30, 28 May 2009 (added in nodal staging. eloborated types). - may be text from some of the External links at that time (which are the current ones). Need to read them and see if they are the sources. - Rod57 (talk) 21:06, 25 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
Doesnt seem to be external links 2,3 or 4. #1 seems dead. Need to search. - Rod57 (talk) 21:19, 25 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
Found it ! - The three sections after History seem to be based on Neck Dissection: Classification, Indication, and Technique Buckingham 1998 looking at the reference numbers it uses. So can bring in some of its references. - I'll note it as a Reference - Rod57 (talk) 17:52, 20 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Staging section seems irrelevant

edit

The staging section seems out of place in this article and isn't connected to the rest of the content. Remove/move ? - Rod57 (talk) 16:57, 20 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

FWIW it seems to be a copy from the presumed source article Buckingham 1998 (noted above) and is referred to in the Rational section from the original that was not used in this WP article. - Rod57 (talk) 18:09, 20 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

As several people have noted above most of this article was copied from the paper [1]. Since that paper doesn't have any indication that the content is legally available for us to use this makes it a copyright violation and I've removed it. Hut 8.5 21:09, 27 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
