I suggest you to move this article to Mustafa Subhi
editHis name mostly mentioned in the foreign languages as "Mustafa Subhi" (like in Russian, French, German, English etc.) due to it's Ottoman writing. Only in Turkish some people writing and reading his name as "Suphi" due to some language issues of Turkish but there is also some people who still writing and spelling it as Subhi (like Yavuz Aslan). I think Mustafa Subhi would be better, because some people misspell it sometimes due to "ph". For example: in her work "La Question Arménianne", Anahide Ter Minassian, writes Subhi's name as "Mustafa Soufi" ("Mustafa Sûfi" in Turkish). So I think "Mustafa Subhi" name would be better than "Mustafa Suphi".
