Article currently reads:
The dessert was described in an Italian cook book from 1475
The 1475 date is presumably Platina, de honesta voluptate, but I couldn't find this recipe there. Does someone have a page reference?
It is also said elsewhere that it is mentioned in Bartolomeo Scappi, but again, I can't find it.
Article also says:
