I typed in "Refund", expecting to find out about tax refunds. Instead, I was redirected to "Money back guarantee". I later discovered that what I was really looking for was under "Tax refund". Now I wonder: Should "Refund" be a simple re-direct to "Money back guarantee" or should it be a disambiguation page that directs to either "Money back guarantee" or to "Tax refund". Why clientele can take people's money from thier bank account without a cardholders concerned?
